About This Course
What You Will Learn
Our Vocational Skill Development Programme is a practical, mentor-led course for young people and first-time earners who want to build a real, in-demand trade. Nothing here is theory for its own sake — every module ends with something you can actually do.
You start with orientation and workplace safety, move into core skills with hands-on drills, and finish by producing a complete item from start to finish with a mentor beside you. The Business Basics module then shows you what it costs, what to charge, how to handle customers and where to sell, so the skill is not just usable but profitable.
Every batch is limited so that each learner gets individual attention. Seats for this batch are already full, but you can join the waitlist and we will contact you the moment a seat opens.
Who can join
No prior experience needed; you will be taught from the very beginning. Must be 18 years or older. Basic ability to read and write in Marathi or Hindi. Willingness to attend all sessions regularly.
Certification
A verifiable Domkal Diganta Welfare Society certificate is issued on completion of every module and the final assessment.

Yes. Domkal Diganta Welfare Society is a registered non-profit organisation. Every donation qualifies for a tax deduction under section 80G, and we issue a receipt within 24 hours of receiving payment.

Some courses carry a nominal fee to cover materials and trainer costs. Many are fully funded by donors and free for participants. The course listing always shows the exact fee.
Yes. Every participant who completes the required attendance and submits the final assessment receives a certificate from the society, verified with a registration number.
We welcome partnerships for medical camps, school enrichment, disaster response and corporate volunteering. Write to us with your requirement and we will share a detailed proposal.
We publish a monthly impact report, and every donation record shows exactly which programme it funded. You are welcome to visit any of our field sites with prior appointment.
